Bruchim Habaim - Welcome! Literally, this means “ Blessed are those who come”.
The very first Jews, Abraham and Sarah, were known for their hospitality, hurrying to welcome travelers into their tent. At Kesher Israel, we, too, are committed to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere as we welcome people into our “tent,” our congregation.
Each one of us has something special to give, a blessing only that person can contribute to the community. We strongly believe everyone should be active in some aspect of congregational life and that it takes all of us working together to build a warm, welcoming and engaging Jewish community. For this reason we say Bruchim Habaim – Blessed are those who come. Your presence and involvement in our community is a blessing.
As you browse through our website, you will see that we have something for everyone. We hope you will consider joining us, make new friends, start your spiritual journey, and find your Jewish home in Chester County.
